Don't see how to PM on the app, but the two companies I've done business with is Westrom Home & Service and Finishing Touches Remodeling. I've only done one rehab with FT but they are thorough and VERY systematic, which I like. I did 4 with Joel & team at Westrom H&S. Smaller operation (at least compared to the ~250 or so annual rehabs at FT) but good service and well managed. Both are easily searchable I'm sure.
