Hi,

I'm looking for general contractor for the ~1600 sq ft plus finished basement house which would require total gut down restoration... It has 3 bed, 2.1 bath and finished basement but has mold all over the place....

Does anyone have Andy idea to get the estimated cost for all these? I was thinking to remediate mold etc...but then thought that it would be cheaper to start from scratch....

I need to get this restored to apartment grade.

Any help would be appreciated....
