sale of church

We just sold our church building and property.  The new congregation is allowing us to stay in the building for up to 10 years, rent free.  We just meet at different times. There is a wooden sign outside baried in the ground.  Who now owns the sign?  We paid for it some years ago.  It was not mentioned in the contract.  How do I determine what belongs to us - what we can take with us when we leave, like PA system, podium, etc?

If its bolted down or permanent install then the new owners own it.
