Flip Friendly Contractors Needed in Los Angeles, CA
Interviewing contractors now for Los Angeles based fix and flip projects in 2016.
Project Management experience is preferred but not required. We seek ethical contractors that produce quality results and can work within budget and schedule timelines.

Rudy Swigart I like what I see, especially being a Christian myself gives me a fairly good idea on what you are trying to achieve. I would like a schedule, currently I am on mobile mode for a county project here in SLO, but will reach out to you for sure, I couldn't get a friend add request to you because the mobile mode is limited. I like working for someone like military just because they want things done and typically know what they want, also if you offer PM certs, that hints me that you give out scopes on your flips, up to what details, who knows. Hope there's a good fit when moving forward.
