San Jose CA general contractors needed

There is a property that I am looking at that needs significant rehab in the San Jose, California area. This is a 2000 sq ft unit on a huge lot needs a complete gut rehab. I was looking for recommendations for REI friendly General Contractors in the area. I am planning on getting a number of bids on the rehab work needed in the next week to get a ballpark figure on the rehab cost. I can send all information to your email.
