Good morning all, I am an investor with cash and lines of credit in place. Currently looking for recommendations to General Contractors in the Broward area with skills of single family rehab and resale.  If they focus on multi that is fine as well.  Really just looking for a few solid leads to interview to add a new GC to my current roster.  Thanks in advance.
