Tampa House Inspector needed
Hi. Long time watcher, First time caller.
I want to thank you all for the advice I've gotten from reading BP forums and hope to offer my own to the mix sometime.
I'm looking for a referral for a home inspector in Tampa and or Pasco County. I'm looking at a few properties now and hoping to find a referred inspector to pay well for site visits and tour properties with in person, vs. a typical written report a retail buyer might usually want.

the inspectors I have dealt with have been less than helpful. information was so inaccurate I questioned if they were even in the right property. Lastly, only do so much.
You would be better having your contractor come with you or do it.
