Seeking Contractor and/or Handyman in Fredericksburg/Stafford/Woodbridge Area

I'm looking for a contractor/handyman who preferably works in all three of these areas (Fredericksburg, Stafford, Woodbridge) to help rehab my most recent acquisition.  I also need someone to work on my own personal home.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions.  Cost, skill and reliability are all very important and in that order.
