Friendly reminder for you Phoenix, Arizona investors

Hello Phoenix, Arizona investors!

Just wanted to give you guys a friendly reminder if you haven't already to get prepared for the summer monsoon season. As a general contractor, we typically see our roofing repair and water damage/leak business triple during the summer months and monsoon season. We all know how costly roof leaks and water damage repair can get especially if it gets inside your property. As an investor, keep that in mind and maybe set a little extra maintenance and capex money aside in the budget incase you're affected. If you have a good relationship with a handyman or contractor it might not be a bad idea to see if they can do a quick inspection on your roofs and properties to see if they can do any extra sealing and preventative maintenance.

Happy investing everyone!
