Hello all- 

   I am trying to piece together a 203k loan for a distressed property. Just so I can get in contact with the appropriate people when the time comes, I am looking for GC in Indianapolis that have experience with the 203k process. I'd like someone with some familiarity because there are pay schedules and paperwork they have to work with that a contractor would otherwise not be familiar. Any suggestions?
