Hi y'all! Would someone please point me to a couple of smaller firm, investor friendly GC's who understand re-hab pricing and work ethics? They should serve the S/SW/W suburbs of Chicago, from Brookfield to West Chicago to Plainfield to Orland Park. I currently have a possible re-hab in the far SSW area. Thank you very much.
