Cincinnati Builder for Small Infill Project?

We are interested in discussing a small infill development project (4-8 houses) in the Cincinnati area with someone who could give us a cost estimate and general input on the concept.  Would love to get a recommendation for a general contractor in the greater Cincinnati area versus just selecting random people to contact off the internet.
