I am contractor with 20+ years experience based just outside akron and would be more than happy to quote any rehabs before purchase and turnovers.  I also do full flip rehabs.  I have a few investors I am helping on a consistent basis and looking for more work as we have the bandwidth.  I look forward to hearing from you! -Ryan
