Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has taken a course for the Builder/Contractor License Exam in Michigan? Was it a positive experience? Would you recommend the course/class that you took?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Pete

@Peter Trifan what are you hoping to gain from a course - actual builder knowledge or just a license?

Most of the courses are now online, so you get very little teacher input.

If you are looking for actual builder knowledge, you should be looking for in-person classes.

Hey Drew,

Thanks for the reply buddy! Actually, both would be amazing. I like the idea of gaining much more knowledge. I currently have a more basic understanding, I've down quite a bit of the work for most of my properties. Also, I wanted the license to be able to pull my own building permits and do my own projects.
