Gearing up to convert a 2nd floor space in a detached garage into ADU

Hey all! As title says, I'm in the beginning phases of gearing up for starting a 700 sqft 2nd floor garage space into an ADU. Looking for anyone who has recommendations on a GC in this area (New Albany technically)? I've used a few contractors for a few things, and haven't been having luck. Any rec's on GC's would be nice, thanks!
