Real Estate Permit Expeditor

Hello,

I'm not a contractor but I'm an expeditor. I used to work full-time but due to layoff I now work as a freelancer. The problem is I don't know how to price my services. I work as a contractor now and I do work all over the State but I don't think I'm pricing correctly.

Ex. I'm being asked to handle a trade permit and don't know where to start with pricing. How much can I possibly charge?
