Looking for a good GC in Dallas, Texas (Where to start?)

I am looking for a General Contractor here in Dallas and have not had any luck finding them at any REI meetings. What other moves do you guys (and gals!) suggest. What I am looking for is a GC that I can be very hands off with (aren't we all??) Working a day job just won't allow me to be at a site everyday and unfortunately I have really just found the handyman that needs my direction more than anything. Anyone have any good contacts for me here in DFW?? Thanks for any advice!
