East Chicago, IN Flip
Hey BP,
An opportunity has come up for my company to take a commercial "flip" (renovation) of a church in East Chicago, IN.
Normally we focus on Residential renovation/flips in the Chicagoland area (Illinois). Since its stretching our capabilities and local area of knowledge
Can anyone comment on there experience, dealing in East Chicago with the Municipality and Local Licensed Contractors?
I appreciate the guidance in advance
