looking at a house that is currently a "seasonal" home but is in a spectacular spot. My first thought was to put a foundation on in order to turn it into year round. The value would go up by at least 80k just due to the location. I could also Air bnb it for $250-350 a night. So how mucu would it cost to put a foundation on this home? It currently sits on post and beam.

Hmmm . . . . Well first . . . pier and beam IS a foundation.

It seems like what you really need is plumbing insulation.

Is there anything that would keep you from making the crawlspace warmer and insulating it well?  Would that make your home a 4 season place?
