What should I change on the outside?

The outside of this house is ugly the inside is nice. B class neighborhood.  what should I change invest or do?  I have had it listed for rent for a week no qualified applicant’s.

The downspout from the gutter on the right hand side of the picture looks like it is draining into the driveway. Finding a way to get the water directed farther away from the house would help. Easier said than done though given you would probably have to go through a concrete slab to direct it away without interfering with any of the walkways.
