This sub-forum IS NOT for referrals, recommendations, "in search of...", "looking for...", or other type of contractor rec posts. If you are looking for a referral for a contractor, please go to our Real Estate Classifieds forum and post there! If you're a contractor looking for work, you can also post in the Classifieds forum. Please geo-locate your posts to make searching easier. 

This forum IS for general questions on contractors, tips or advice on how to find a good one, review of estimates/costs/fees, general advice/help for contractors questions on projects you're looking to do, etc.
