How To Find A General Contractor In OKC

Jeremiah Kaminer
Posted

Hello, My investment group are interested in hearing about how you found your current General Contractor in the Oklahoma City and surrounding area.

We are currently using the BRRRR strategy working with roughly 50k-70k homes and trying to reach an ARV of about 130-140k. We currently have 3 homes needing to be renovated, and we are trying to grow quite raipidly.

A lot of these homes are needing the full works (flooring, dry wall, paint, entire kitchen, entire bathroom, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

We were going to source all the contractors ourselves and act as our own GC but we are finding that to be very time consuming, and we would like to find a good GC in the area that can do a “turn key” renovation for us without us having to go to the property much if at all so we can focus on buying more and more homes.

We have tried looking for them on Facebook posts, Facebook groups, and just searching on google. Most seem overpriced, overbooked, or tough to get a quick quote or reply from. We have been waiting several days from some just to get a quote back that is thousands above what we estimate the actual costs should be.

Thank you for the help!
