Greetings BP fam, I'm in need of a general contractor in the greater Phoenix area for a lite to medium rehab on an STR that we have under contract in South Scottsdale, AZ. Escrow closes Oct. 13th, and we need bids ASAP! Please DM if you have anyone you can refer. Thanks in advance, ~Cheers
