Hello everybody. I am currently looking to buy rental properties in Killeen TX  and would like to ask if any of you have any recommendations for a great local contractor? I am an out-of-state investor and as most of you know, its important to find a reliable contractor to succeed when doing out-of-state investing and to build my investing team

Trustworthy contractor work is tough to find here in Killeen. I suggest having a project manager or someone watch over the project you pursue to hire out subs and such. Happy to help if you need boots on ground
