Looking for a handyman/contractor

Hi everyone!

I have a number of smaller size projects I am looking to find a handyman for! I am hoping to find someone I can build a relationship with for the long term. These generally won’t need a permit, but ranges from fixing a spiral railing to patching concrete on the side of the house. My current house is located in the Marcy Holmes/SE Como for reference.
