I Have possible land deals in Memphis , and i hope to build on it

Hello , I need help in the MEMPHIS market.  I have 3 different parcels of land that i am potentially going to buy.  I want to get some quotes from contractors for a new build in the Shelby county area.  Also i need help running comps.  I want to make sure I am accurate.  Last but not least any possible Loan officers , I may want to get a loan to build if possible! Thank you in advance lol
