Looking for contractor for two homes with ADU

I am looking for a solid contractor in the central San Jose area, specifically 95110. Project will start around October. Two single family homes with ADUs above the garage. Building these homes out on empty lots. Looking for someone able to stick to timeline and projected cost in the original bid. Homes will be long term rentals after completion.
