Looking for contractor, handyman... (long-term partnership)

I have a few STR properties in Seattle area and I also own a growing property management firm (currently managing ~20 STR properties).

We are looking for long-term partnership with contractors, handyman, plumbers, HAVC, cleaners etc.  

Immediate projects: 1) repair/replace a roof deck. 2) Inspect & diagnose a AC system, and make repairs.

Upcoming projects: add decks to a 3 level house, add a kitchenette, convert a garage into a ADU.
