Hi everyone,

My business partner and I are currently working on a flip here in Detroit. It is a single family house that needs a full over hall. We currently have fired 1 contractor because they were not doing anything in the project but were telling us that they were. Now we have a 2nd contractor that has done stuff but very minimal and when I ask him when will he be done with the stuff we already payed for he always gives me a different date. when we go down see the project I feel nothing really changes.

If anyone has any contacts for good contractors in the area that can work within our limited budget that would be much apricated.
