Recommendations for Home Facelift

Hi,

I am a first time investor and just went under contract for my first property! The property is in Wilmington, NC.

The house could use some updates, like fresh paint and floors, bathroom update and kitchen countertops. I'm looking to hire separate companies for each of the jobs rather than a contractor to oversee the full job. I would appreciate recommendations!
