General contractors in DC/Maryland/Virginia (DMV) area?

Hey BP community,

I'm interested in getting into the flipping business with my wife. Does anybody know any licensed GC's that 1) are taking on smaller jobs ($50k-$100k) in the DMV area, 2) have experience with house flipping renovation projects, and 3) understand the importance of schedule?
