Looking For Builders in New Orleans

Hello Fellow Investors! 

My husband and I recently bought our first duplex in Gentilly and it came with a lot next door. We'd like to build a nice single-family spec home on that lot to sell and use the capital for our next investment. I'm working on getting funding now which shouldn't be an issue. 

I'm reaching out for recommendations for honest builders with fair pricing who do quality work and who work quickly. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
