Handyman in Norfolk, VA

Hey ladies and gents,

Closing on my first duplex soon. Each unit is 1050 sq ft and 2 bed/1.5 bath. Trying to get $1200/month each unit. Maybe more. I currently own two single family houses and rent out each room individually. This duplex is in good shape, but I have to redo the flooring, paint, and basically do a quick lipstick job to make it presentable to perspective tenants.

With my ship's schedule I don't have the time to accomplish this on my off time. Does anybody in the Norfolk, VA area have a handyman they trust and don't mind giving me their info for this task?
