Architect Wanted for a SFH Renovation

Greetings all,

I own a SFH in Atlanta and plan to renovate/rehab it starting very soon. It is currently a buy and hold and remain such after the rehab. I am looking to maximize the current layout with selected strategy for the existing home (1940s) and neighborhood (near downtown Atlanta).
