New construction on vacant land

Brian White
Posted

Hi,  I am a new investor and own a plot of land in the Atlanta area, on which I  am considering building.  I am looking for options and advice on what type of build (sfh, multifamiy) would be most appropriate and profitable.

I am also seeking to build a relationship with a quality and trustworthy General Contractor that is investor friendly.  Currently, I would like to start a mother-n-law addition to my home as well as some work at my rental properties.

Any and all advice and counsel would be appreciated.  Thanks

Brian White
