Help...any Baltimore Contrators?

Hello BP, I closing on a house in Baltimore and I'm in the process find a contractor to work with. The property is a 3/1.5 SFH but will end up being a 4/2. The rehab is not a total gut but will need to finish basement.

I have went through Angie's list but so far the two contractors i contacted have not responded, I have interviewed several I found on Craigslist and one wasn't licensed and the other had a ridiculous estimate. I'm waiting on an estimate from another contractor that was referred to me by my lender but just in case, does anyone know of a good contractor in the Baltimore area?
