Commercial Loan Question (Approve or Reject with no Plat)
Hey All! Does a commercial lender need to have a property platted in order to provide the loan?
In short, the shopping center is not platted and it's essentially a shared lot with the property beside it. They are completely separate buildings (500 ft. apart) but share water connections, entrance easements and such.
Can anyone speak on this? Thanks in advance!
