Need refinance advice

I'm in middle of second rehab that I plan on renting out.i talked to my bank about refinancing out on the property once I finish rehab.There not refinancing investment properties, said I would have to find another bank.any info or ideals on where I should try and refinance this property would be appreciated. I'm new at investing and just not sure my best options are..thanks to all my B.P. friends for any advice.
