A a person with a “for work only SSN” wants to buy my house

Hi All,

I have someone who is looking to purchase my townhouse in NY but they have a “for work only SSN”. Does anyone know of any way for someone in this situation to get bank financing for the mortgage. To my understanding you can’t get a mortgage with a for work only SSN.

The person we are looking to sell to is the manager of my in laws business and we have known her for a long time and are looking to help her in any way to purchase our townhouse.
