Seattle home lenders non conventional loan

I have a situation where a client of mine has pristine credit and almost 700k to put down but can’t seem to get pre-approved on a loan for 1.5m due to she’s only been in her job for less than a year. This will be her primary residence. Does anyone have a good non-conventional lender they can recommend?
