Have we hit the bottom and started climbing on Mortgage rates?

Hello All,

What are you thoughts on if we've hit the bottom (1.75-2.0%) on the 30 yr mortgage rate and now started climbing? I've noticed that window now around 2.25-3.0% for the same 30 year SFH Primary Residence mortgage. Do you think it'll continue to climb or take another notch back down?
