Best banks in Greater Houston area for investors

My partners and I are looking for a local investor-friendly bank in the Greater Houston area-- preferably on the west side of town, but definitely not limited to any area. We've heard small and local is best, as well as working with a loan officer that understands our goals. We're looking to mostly do flips for now with a few buy and holds in between, so we're needing a bank that's a good fit for our small business and the occasional refinance on the buy and holds. Lending for the initial purchases and rehabs are taken care of for now. Any good personal experiences to share? TIA!!
