Physician Loan Help

My husband will be graduating dental school this spring. We will be moving back to Colorado. While we aren’t sure where he will be working, we will be living with my in-laws. Looking into our loan options. Mostly interested in the physician loan options and possible lenders. Or any other advice is great. Goal is to get a starter home, and rent it out after a year. That will be the start of our real estate investing.
