Burying my first investment property
Hi I am thinking on buying my first property as an investment in the form of a duplex/triplex in the San Bernardino area in California. I am talking to one loan specialist already and I ask him about the grants the government gives you. Where they give 3% and you the remaining .5%. He said that it is not really worth it since they will charge it bank in form of inteters( about .5 % ) in the long run. Should I talk to more lenders? Do you have any good advice you can give to a beginner? And thank you!
