Vetting Hard Money Lender

Hello,

We have gotten to the point where we need to secure hard money loans for BRRRR projects that we are trying to aquire.

Through our new social media presence, we have been approached by a couple hard money lenders, as well as I see that there are networking options here at BP.

Has anyone worked with:

Core Capital Partners LLC

Ed Kayne

Washington, NJ

Also, how do I go about vetting Hard money lenders? I don't want to be tricked into giving a house to a "Nigerian prince".

Thank you
