Hey good morning I'm Dave and I've been doing a ton of wholesaling and me and my partners ready to get into the fix and flip game we're basically trying to figure out what's the best ways to go with the 780 credit score and a little bit of capital to play with We just recently started another LLC to keep the fix and flip separate from the wholesale and now we're just trying to get advice about which loans to get, best interest rate ETC I'm open to all advice
