No W2 - how do I get a mortgage!?

Help! I quit my job, left my W-2, and started my own real estate business. I landed my first contract for professional services. Now I want to buy a house, and refinance and pull money out of my investment property, how do I get lending without a W-2 and less than a year owning my business???
