Residential financing on a zoned commercial property

Hi all.

I am in the middle of purchasing a 4-unit building in Grundy County, IL. Apparently this building is zoned as a commercial building, but I want to live in a unit and use residential financing (simple house hack). Has anyone ever run into this issue and know how to go about still using residential financing even though the property is zoned as a commercial building, with only 4 units?

Thanks I’m advance
