Business lines of credit

Does anyone utilize business lines of credit for buying property? The obvious way to use them is to use a LOC to buy a house "cash", rehab it, and when you refi you pull the cash out, pay back the line of credit, and start over.

If you use business LOC, can anyone provide a good lender or tips on how to find a bank that will do something like this?
