Increased amount borrowed on construction to permanent loan
Hi everyone! Long story short, my husband and I will be closing on a construction to permanent loan soon and wanted to know if it’s possible to contact the lender and see about increasing the total borrowed. We have had a few added expenses (engineering and appliances) that were not factored into the total originally.
